As the initial founder of PREP Profiles, JoAn Mann built the assessment after working with multiple organizations and needing a tool to assist in her work consulting with companies. JoAn specializes in organizational team building, management development, and corporate stress management for all types of organizations, from governmental agencies, to health care providers and Fortune 500 executive teams.
JoAn’s background is in liberal arts, foreign languages, teaching and statistics. She earned her MBA from the University of Denver, where she started the Cooperative Education Program. She is also a published author having contributed chapters in career development and lifestyle change books. With a natural ability to work with people, she enjoys changing conflicts into productivity through positive communication and trust.
Currently, JoAn consults with the PREP Profiles team supporting their mission of bringing the PREP Profiles Assessment to more people and companies and improving workplaces around the world. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the International Management School at the University of Applied Sciences in Deggendorf, Germany.
